Inspiring Connections at Our Fourth Annual Conference: Health, Activity & Well-being

On Friday, 24th October, we were delighted to host our fourth annual conference – and what an incredible day it was! This year’s theme, Health, Activity & Well-being, struck a powerful chord with everyone in attendance, filling the day with energy, inspiration, and purpose.

From thought-provoking keynote talks to interactive sessions and activities, the enthusiasm and engagement from participants created a vibrant atmosphere that truly reflected the spirit of the theme.

Our keynote speakers, Baroness Sue Campbell and Richard Stubbs, set the tone for the day with motivating and insightful talks. Both shared powerful stories about the importance of promoting health, activity, and well-being within our communities, reminding us of the positive impact we can achieve when we place well-being at the heart of our work.

A particular highlight of the day was the student performances. These talented young people brought creativity, energy, and passion to the stage, captivating the audience and reminding us why our work matters. Their performances not only showcased their skills but also underscored the importance of nurturing healthy, supportive environments for future generations.

The day was filled with meaningful conversations, shared learning, and a strong sense of community – reinforcing why our annual conference remains such an important milestone in our calendar.

We look forward to building on the ideas, inspiration, and connections made this year as we continue to champion health, activity, and well-being in everything we do.
